MentorMinds Digital Purchase and Access Policy
Digital Products Covered by This Policy
MentorMinds offers digital resources for individuals, counselors, coaches, and professionals looking for structured support in personal development, emotional wellness, financial reflection, and relationship growth. These resources may include journals, guided workbooks, healing materials, session tools, self-paced programs, and reflection-based card or deck formats.
All products available through MentorMinds are delivered electronically. No physical goods are mailed, shipped, or returned.
This policy governs how purchases, access, delivery, and refund requests are handled for all digital products sold on the MentorMinds platform.
When a Purchase Is Considered Delivered
A product is considered delivered once MentorMinds has made the purchased content available through any of its normal digital delivery methods. This may include instant access after checkout, downloadable files, email-based delivery, account access, or entry to a protected product area.
Delivery is complete once the customer has been given the relevant file, link, login information, or access instructions. The order does not remain pending simply because the customer has not yet opened, downloaded, or started using the material.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate purchase information, including a valid email address and any other required details needed to receive access.
Final Nature of Digital Orders
Because MentorMinds products are digital materials that can be viewed, downloaded, saved, copied, and used shortly after purchase, completed orders are generally final.
Once access has been granted, the transaction is treated as complete. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and routine refunds are therefore not normally available after delivery has taken place.
This rule exists because digital content cannot be returned in unused condition after it has been made available to the buyer.
Limited Situations That May Be Reviewed
Although digital purchases are generally non-refundable, MentorMinds may review a request where there is a confirmed issue directly affecting billing or delivery. Review is limited to situations such as the following:
-
the product was not delivered because of a verified technical problem on the MentorMinds side
-
the file is corrupted, broken, or inaccessible and the issue cannot be corrected through replacement or restored access
-
the same product was purchased more than once because of an accidental duplicate transaction
Where one of these situations is confirmed, MentorMinds may first choose a practical resolution such as restoring access, reissuing the file, replacing the product, or correcting the duplicate billing issue. A refund may be considered only where another reasonable solution is not available.
Situations That Do Not Create Refund Rights
A refund will not be granted because the customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, or later decides the resource is not the right personal fit.
Refunds are also not available where the request is based on personal preference, lack of use, misunderstanding of the product after purchase, failure to read the product page before checkout, or expectations that go beyond what was clearly described at the time of sale.
Because these resources are often reflective, developmental, or self-guided in nature, dissatisfaction with pace, style, format, or personal response to the material does not by itself create a right to a refund if the product was delivered substantially as described.
Personal Use and Outcome Expectations
MentorMinds products are designed to offer structure, reflection, guidance, and practical tools that may support personal or professional growth. They are not sold as guaranteed solutions, guaranteed transformations, or guaranteed results.
The benefit a customer receives will depend on many factors, including consistency of use, personal circumstances, readiness, implementation, and professional context. For that reason, MentorMinds does not promise any specific emotional, relational, financial, therapeutic, personal development, or professional outcome from use of its products.
Customers purchase with the understanding that these materials are resources, not guaranteed result mechanisms.
What Buyers Should Review Before Ordering
Before completing a purchase, customers should review the product page carefully. This includes checking what is included, the intended purpose of the resource, the delivery format, and whether the product is meant for self-use, guided support, journaling, reflection, education, or professional use.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the available information and decided that the selected product is suitable for their needs.
Customer Responsibility for Access and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, software, internet connection, and file-handling tools are capable of accessing standard digital materials.
MentorMinds is not responsible for customer-side limitations such as incompatible software, blocked downloads, email filtering problems, local device restrictions, storage issues, forgotten access details, or technical conditions outside its control.
Once a product has been delivered, customers are also responsible for maintaining their own downloaded files and access credentials unless ongoing hosted access is specifically promised for that product.
License Granted With Purchase
When a customer purchases a product from MentorMinds, they receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the resource for its intended personal or permitted professional use.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the content, methods, design, written materials, frameworks, or other intellectual property associated with the product. All such rights remain with MentorMinds unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Restrictions on Sharing and Redistribution
Products purchased from MentorMinds may not be resold, redistributed, shared, republished, uploaded, sublicensed, copied for outside circulation, or modified for resale without prior written permission.
This includes sharing downloads, forwarding paid access links, reproducing workbook or journal content for others, distributing session tools to unauthorized users, or making paid materials available in communities, groups, client portals, or public platforms beyond the scope of the permitted license.
Unauthorized use or distribution may result in restricted access, revoked usage rights, refusal of future purchases, and further enforcement action where appropriate.
Help With Delivery Problems
If access does not work as expected, MentorMinds may provide reasonable assistance to help complete delivery. This may include resending a link, confirming account access, restoring product availability, or offering another suitable digital delivery route.
Support efforts are intended to resolve access problems, not to replace the final-sale nature of digital purchases.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a customer believes there is a billing or delivery issue, they should contact MentorMinds first so the matter can be reviewed directly.
If a chargeback or outside payment dispute is opened after digital access has already been provided, MentorMinds may respond using available order records, payment confirmations, delivery logs, and access history. Where a dispute conflicts with confirmed delivery or appears abusive or fraudulent, access may be suspended and future purchases may be restricted.
Updates to Products and Policy Terms
MentorMinds may revise, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue products, delivery methods, and support materials from time to time. Unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase does not include a guarantee of future versions, expanded editions, added materials, or ongoing updates.
MentorMinds may also revise this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, technical, or product-related changes. The version posted on the website will apply from the time it is published.
Purchase Acknowledgment
By completing an order through MentorMinds, the customer confirms that the purchase concerns digital content, that delivery is completed once access is provided, and that the transaction is governed by this digital purchase and access policy.
